Opportunity Description:
This is a hands-on project focused on developing a co-simulation platform for automated vehicle driving. The platform will be built using CARLA and other traffic simulation software. Strong Python coding skills are preferred, but graduate students will be available to work with you and provide assistance if issues arise. We will also use machine learning and AI for sensor data analysis.

Faculty Advisor Mentoring Philosophy:
I aim to establish long-term relationships with students, supporting them whether they choose careers in industry or pursue graduate studies. My focus is on providing hands-on research experience, particularly for first-generation students entering the field. I will hold weekly meetings to review research progress and address any challenges. Given the nature of this project, which involves extensive coding and development on lab computers, I encourage students to work in the lab to enable efficient communication and collaboration.
