Fellowships Only: If this is your first visit with a fellowships advisor, please email your resume to your fellowships advisor at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
Reviewing your resume helps your advisor to make recommendations for scholarships and fellowships and related application strategies that best fit your interests, goals, and experiences.

Fellowships & UCARE Drop-In Services
Undergraduate Research & Fellowships Drop-In Hours will resume in Fall Semester 2026.
Regularly scheduled Drop-In Services are typically held during weeks 2 - 15 of each academic semester. They are not available in summer term; during Big Red Welcome/Orientation Week; during finals week or semester breaks; or on student holidays.
Drop-In Services are typically not optimal for First Year Research Experience (FYRE) student support. Please utilize advising appointments with Kali Patterson, or Courtney Santos.
Special Drop-In Events for UCARE or specific fellowships (Fulbright, Gilman) may be offered on our URAF events calendar. These special drop-in hour events are generally announced 1-3 weeks ahead of major deadlines, allowing experts to provide last-minute support on essays, references, etc.
